December 7, 2010 Board Meeting Agenda Item #27 Title APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 10-269 Description Board Policy 5.34(4), permits the Board to hold in abeyance the expulsion of a student if the student participates in a recognized alternative-to-expulsion program.  This student has been withdrawn from the Triad program and the expulsion reinstated due to non-attendance. Recommendation That the abeyance of Expulsion Case No. 10-269, be rescinded per School Board Policy 5.34(4).
